• All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of digital download, all PDF patterns are final sale. We do not accept return or exchange.

• Important: Once purchased the digital products, the link to download the file is valid for 24 hours. We recommend that you download the file as soon as you can. If you have any issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• It is your responsibility to download the files and store them within the 24 hours from purchase. We do not resend the file for lost or deleted pattern, so make sure you save the files in your computer after download.

• No returns or exchanges for all project kits, cut fabrics, and tools kits.

If you have any problems with your order (damaged or missing items), please contact us as soon as possible, so we can address the problems right away.
